If you used a online payment virtual account, your payout goes to that linked e-wallet account. This rule prevents fraud and unauthorized transfers. Account balances and inactive accounts
Your ayamwin account balance represents funds you have deposited and any payouts credited from games, sportsbook markets, or live-dealer results. This balance is yours — you may withdraw it at any time subject to our verification process. We do not deduct account maintenance fees, inactivity charges, or other hidden costs from your balance.
If your ayamwin account remains inactive (no login, no deposits, no game activity) for 12 consecutive months, we may freeze the account and restrict withdrawals pending reactivation.
