Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction. Data we store on cloud infrastructure may be replicated across multiple regions for redundancy and disaster recovery. By using ayamwin, you consent to your data being stored and processed outside Indonesia. We encrypt all data regardless of location, and we contractually require our cloud providers to maintain the same security standards we apply.
Your rights on ayamwin
You have the right to access your personal data. Log into your ayamwin account and navigate to account settings to view your profile, transaction history, and registered contact details. If you wish to review your ID document or payment records, contact our support team and we will provide them securely.
You have the right to correct inaccurate data. If your name, address, or phone number has changed, update it in your ayamwin account settings immediately. For ID documents or other sensitive details, contact our support team for assistance.
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data. Contact our support team and we will begin the account closure process. Note that we must retain certain transaction records for regulatory compliance — these records will be anonymized and encrypted but not deleted. Once your account is closed, you cannot reopen it; you would need to create a new account with a different email address.
You have the right to object to certain processing. If you do not want ayamwin to process your data for service improvement or analytics purposes, contact our support team and we will disable those features for your account. Essential processing for account verification, payment, and fraud prevention cannot be disabled.
Data retention on ayamwin
We retain your account profile data as long as your account remains active. Once you close your account, we retain encrypted transaction records for two years to comply with financial and anti-fraud regulations. After two years, transaction records are securely deleted. Your ID document photo is deleted once your account closure period concludes, unless a legal or fraud investigation requires us to retain it longer.
If you have not logged into your ayamwin account for two years, we may close it automatically and begin the deletion cycle. We will send a warning email six months before automatic closure.
Data breach notification
If we discover that your personal data has been compromised due to a security breach, we will notify you via email to your registered address within a reasonable timeframe. We will describe what data was affected, what we have done to secure it, and what steps you should take to protect yourself (such as changing your password or monitoring your bank account). We will also notify relevant regulators as required by law.
Children and minors
Our ayamwin platform is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age permitted by local law to use our service. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we will close it and delete their personal data. Parents who believe their child has created an ayamwin account should contact our support team immediately.
Your data on ayamwin is protected by encryption, segregated storage, and strict access controls. We collect only what we need to verify your identity and process your payments. We do not sell your information. Contact our support team if you have questions about how your data is handled.
Contact and complaints
